Ingredients

  • 60 ml Dark Rum
  • 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice(freshly squeezed)
  • 20 ml Simple Syrup
  • 20 ml Egg White(fresh)
  • 2 dash Angostura Bittersoptional
  • Lemon Twistoptional

Instructions

    Add dark rum, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
